Dance & Tumbling Tuesdays

A couple of weeks ago we enrolled Maggie & Jack at Dance Etc. just up the street from the house.  They are taking the Tuesday night Bumble Bees class which is 30 minutes of dance & 30 minutes of tumbling.  The first class went very well for Maggie.  She went right into the studio and joined the fun.  Jack however burst into tears and refused dance class.  So we let him sit and watch and when they moved into the tumbling room he happily joined Maggie and the rest of class there.  The second class was an even better success (even with a couple of bumps for Maggie's poor head).  We talked up dancing and told Jack that Maggie would be right there with him and he did the whole class!  He needs to work on his listening (surprise, I know!) and flexibility, but all in all he and Maggie love it!

Flashback February

I can't believe tomorrow is already the last day of February.  Which means we are that much closer to SPRING!  I haven't been getting near as many photo moments of the kiddos lately, partly because they just don't stay still for long!

For Valentine's day we made love bugs (which we gave to Papa) and "Bee Mine!" Valentines for our friends Madeline & Sophia.  They came over with their mom, Andrea, and we had a fun Valentine's day party...which of course I completely dropped the ball on photo moments...again.

 

As March approaches we are gearing up for St. Patrick's Day and then before we know it, Easter will be here.  Brian and I have been on the hunt for a playset for outside, so that once the warmer Spring weather arrives, I can get the kiddos out of the house and having fun!
