Batman & Frozen 5th Birthday Parties
This past weekend we celebrated Jack & Maggie turning 5 with a big party at the park. Normally mid July is HOT, but we have had some strange colder weather. We planned a party at Home of the Brave Park in Loveland where there is a cool playground and water feature. Maggie chose Frozen and Jack chose Batman It turned out to be a wonderful day. We invited Jack & Maggie's school friends, plus Maggie's dance friends and family. It was a great turn out and everyone had a lot of fun. Here are some of the highlights!

Happy 5th Birthday Jack & Maggie!!
The big 5, a whole hand! It is amazing to now have two 5 year old kiddos. They are growing us so fast.
Maggie,
You are our spunky, musical, vocal, sometimes stubborn, but certainly confident little lady. You know what you want and how you want it. You have a sweet way about you that warms our hearts and are always using your wild imagination. You love to sing and dance! You make up your own songs and stories all the time and enjoy taking dance lessons. You love to play Mommy, doctor, and lots of pretend. You dream of being a Mommy & pediatrician when you grow up. You are girly when you want to be, but love to get down and dirty too. You enjoy social time at school and although you are smart- you could care less of "learning time". You also love art- and color many times during the day. You are still our petite little thing. You are tall and skinny, at 40" tall, but not yet over 30 lbs. You make up for your small frame with your large personality. You make Mommy & Daddy smile all the time, especially with your random remarks about the world around you. Happy, Happy Birthday our sweet Magpie!
Jack,
You are our wild man! You have a heart of gold and a huge smile that lights up a room. You are goofy, comical, sensitive and sweet. You have a wild imagination and love to play. You can sit in a room with your toys and just play and play (alone) for hours! You love Batman and Firemen, and you want to be a Fireman when you grow up. You are all boy- that is what your teachers say about you at school. You like play time at school- but not so much anything that has to do with sitting still. You enjoy life- which makes us so happy. You are small for your age, but appear bigger next to your sister. You are 40" tall, and may have just tipped the scale at 30 lbs. Never mind your size- you are a big guy in our hearts! You make Mommy & Daddy have so much fun all the time, especially with your hilarious giggles and jokes. Happy, Happy Birthday our sweet Jack-man!

Maggie's Dance Recital 2014
Maggie's ballet class performed their Spring Showcase this past June. The theme was Around the World and Maggie's class danced to "Hello to All the Children of the World". Maggie and the other little ballerinas danced beautifully!

Preschool 2014
Tomorrow is the last official day of Preschool. The kiddos will be in a summer camp program with tons of summer trips and activities. Next year, onto Pre-Kindergarten!!
Memorial Day Weekend 2014
We spent a nice weekend with family over the holiday.
Friday we had a pizza dinner at the park and then played on the awesome playground.
Saturday we went to Touch a Truck with Uncle Dan, Aunt Anne-Marie and Gee.
And Sunday was a Keller family party, with water fights and cousin time!
We finished it all off Monday by planting vegetables and flowers in pots, getting the pool out and having dinner with new friends! It was a great weekend!
