4 Little Pumpkins

Dinosaurs & Rides!

We took the kids to the Cincinnati Museum Center to check out the dinosaur exhibit they have going on.  It was neat, but a little scary for the young ones.  Afterward we played in the Children's Museum.  And to end the day with more excitement, we went over to King's Island for some face painting and rides!

The Korzeps hosted a Labor day party at their new house.  It was still summertime weather out, so Jack & Maggie enjoyed a swim with their Papa.

Where does the time go?

I swear we are still here, the Keller family did not disappear!  So many things have changed since the last post, life is quite different.

Over the last 2 years I have been working from home in the evenings for Ohio National.  It has allowed me to contribute to the family while also being home with Jack & Maggie.  During the summer I started looking around at the idea of returning to work and as luck would have it there was an opening at Ohio National back where I was a couple of years ago.  So...a week after returning home from vacation I re-entered the full time work force with the Annuity Customer Service Department.  It almost feels like I never left, which has been great!

Meanwhile, Jack & Maggie started preschool!  They had their first day on my first day at work, and it all really fell into place seamlessly.  Sometimes there is some stress in the morning getting them both going, dressed, out the door and myself to work on time, but all in all we have adjusted to the new routine very well.  Jack & Maggie are at school 5 days a week for the first half of the day and then they are with their awesome Papa & Gee for the rest of the afternoon until I pick them up after work.  It truly has been the greatest blessing having Papa & Gee help us with the second half of the day, and the kids love it!  They are doing really well in school too.  They learn all sorts of new things every day, and have even made friends!

So that is really where we have been lately.  Getting used to the new surroundings and new routines.  And now, some pictures!
